What is EFT?
  • Your funds will be electronically deposited into the bank account of your choice.
  • You can access your money faster — no waiting for your check to come in the mail and making trips to the bank.
  • EFT eliminates the threat of lost or stolen checks.

How do I enroll in EFT?

It's easy to enroll online using EnrollHubTM. Just sign up at If you're already a CAQH user, you'll still need to register for the tool.
  1. Print and complete the ERA/EFT Enrollment Form or the EFT Enrollment Form.
  2. Mail or fax the completed form to Aetna Dental.
  3. Include a voided check or a letter from your bank. The letter should confirm your routing and account numbers.

OHIO dentists, please note: Ohio has a law for electronic claims and payment.

What is ERA?
  • ERA is an electronic communication containing claim payment information that can be easily viewed or printed.
  • It is intended to replace your paper Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement.
  • Since it is available online, the ERA gives you access to the information it contains sooner than with a mailed paper EOB.
